Sure, I was skeptical at first – my mother always taught me that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. The key word there being usually and this time the saying didn’t hold true.

I, personally, lost 16.5 lbs in 21 days on this diet before I even started to exercise. And no, it isn’t “water weight″ because I’m consuming over 80oz of water PER DAY! Not good enough?
