I′m only on day 3 right now and so far I can definitely say that it’s curbed my appetite …..and thanks to the natural up lifters in it (combined with my usual 3 cups of coffee a day *lol*) I have way more energy to exercise than I used to ….BIG BONUS there for sure…

The only negative side effect I′ve noticed so far is it seems to make me a bit poopy *heh* but nothing that disrupts my daily life haha

In summary, I think this product will work out great for me….I′m only 135 pounds right now and want to get down to 115. Which, for my frame, is normal.
