I first heard of Dominique Grubisa from a video that was emailed my way from DGInstitute.com.au
“Oh great! Another self-help expert bent on taking my money!”
That’s what I was thinking as I hovered my mouse above the ‘Delete’ button. But then I just thought I’d give it a quick scan.
To say that I was shocked is an understatement. Dominique, if you’re reading this, I owe you an apology. Guys, this was the video that sent me along a brand new, exciting and fulfilling journey.
And I think you need to hear about it too.
So, the big pitch was for the Real Estate Rescue program.
In a nutshell, the DG Institute is teaching you about distressed property, which is nothing new. But it’s the way that Dominique Grubisa teaches it that makes it so compelling. I think it’s because she’s coming at it from an angle of – she’s already been there, and done that. When Dominique gives you the pitch, you might be tempted to glaze over and wait for the hard sell. But when she starts talking about some of the deals her grads have made, showing you step-by-step just how those deals happened, that’s when you think, “OK, I gotta know more”.
I don’t think I’m giving anything away here when I say that you’ve got to identify the right property, know how to finance the purchase, and then have a legally binding contract in place to make the deal. That’s what the DGI Sydney team talk about again and again.
One of the problems I had with the Real Estate Rescue program was that they kept talking about these three steps like they were some revolutionary thing. They’re not.
But I think DGI Australia redeems itself when it shows you what it takes to actually work through those steps. Knowing the recipe isn’t enough to put food on your plate, but having the professional chef by your side, walking you through each move, that’s how you end up with a great meal. You should think of Dominique Grubisa like that professional chef. She knows what she’s on about!
You should know something about me. I’m no slouch in real estate. I know how to find good deals and I’ve got good connections with banks. I’m not a full-time investor or anything, but I have owned a few properties in my time. On that side of things, I was pretty non-plussed by the real estate terms and explanations. I should have gone and got a coffee during that part of the DG Institute Real Estate Rescue program.
But it was when Dominique Grubisa revealed all the branches of DGI Australia, that’s when I was hooked. DGI Lawyers. DGI Accounting. DGI Finance. DGI Training. For those who know, finding success in real estate isn’t about buying a good home. It’s about the team of people you have around you. It’s like DG Institute is a one stop shop with everything that you need to make your first deal profitable.
On top of that, I can log on to DGInstitute.com.au, and there’s this panel of people I can connect with, people who have direct experience with the kinds of distressed deals I’m looking for. If I see someone else has done it, I know that I can do it too
That’s enough for me.
Alright, the price. You’ve got to be wondering about the price for the DG Institute. And I won’t mince words. The cost for one of these DGI Australia programs is steep, no doubt about that. But I want you to take a step back and think about it.
You’re paying for this incredible resource that is Dominique Grubisa. You’re paying for access to her team at DGI Support. You’re paying for an online portal that includes everything you get at the Real Estate Rescue program. You’re getting the whole DG Institute alumni to bounce ideas off of.
And not only that, you’re going to make back your entry fee with your first deal at any rate. It’s a win-win-win. The price is steep, but the rewards are worth it.
Dominique isn’t some inaccessible onstage persona. She’s a real person. And when she comes out and talks about this DG Institute Real Estate Rescue Program, I can tell she loves it. It’s like Dominique is someone you know, sharing some confidential secret with you. Well, you and everyone else in the room.
But she’s not just any expert. She’s got a wall full of licenses and degrees, legal and professional to back up her claims. She’s got the years of experience, and she’s showing everyone some tips that even I thought were too juicy to give away.
One of the problems I typically have with people like Dominique Grubisa (and anything like the DG Institute) is that they’ll tell you all the good things but they’ll conveniently shy away from the bad experiences. But that’s not what I found to be true. Dominique revealed some of the numbers of her graduates, and to me, they weren’t inflated. I didn’t think they were hyped up to sound better than real life. I was scratching out some figures on the notepad, and I found that whenever she talked about the profits some of her graduates were making, it was right in line with what I’d seen other people do.
But Dominique’s formula and the DGI Australia Real Estate Rescue strategy aren’t oversold as something that’s too good to be true. In my experience, the kinds of returns they’re telling you, that’s a pretty accurate predictor of what everyday people can do.
From what I’ve seen, everything about the Real Estate Rescue and the DG Institute are fair and honest. I think they are who they say they are. I think Dominique Grubisa is who she says she is. And I think the rewards they demonstrate are achievable for anyone.
My opinion is that if you come across a Dominique Grubisa seminar or program, you can be pretty confident in signing up. You’re going to get what you paid for and a whole lot more thrown in too.
